1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MyJobBoard platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MyJobBoard is a multi-tenant job board platform that enables businesses and organizations to create and manage their own job board websites. Our Service includes:
- Job posting and management tools
- Resume database access
- Application tracking and management
- Analytics and reporting features
- Custom branding and domain options
- API access (where applicable)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Post jobs that require payment from applicants (except legitimate training programs)
- Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of users
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
5. Job Postings and Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service, including job listings. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including:
- Ensuring job descriptions are accurate and comply with applicable employment laws
- Verifying the qualifications and credentials of applicants
- Complying with equal employment opportunity laws
- Protecting applicant privacy and personal information
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
Our Service is offered through various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- Price changes with 30 days' notice
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyJobBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not use our intellectual property to create derivative works or compete with our Service.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We take data protection seriously. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for:
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Obtaining necessary consents from job applicants
- Securing applicant data in your possession
- Notifying us of any data breaches affecting your account
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYJOBBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyJobBoard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or intellectual property rights
- Any content you post or transmit through the Service
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyJobBoard operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability
